Agreement

When you open an account or use any part of Frumzi, you accept our General Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, the terms of each promotion and the rules of each game. Where the terms of a promotion differ from the general terms, the promotion terms apply. The English version of our terms is the binding one.

Who can play

You must be at least 18 and of legal age under the law that applies to you. You are responsible for checking that online gambling is legal where you live. Residents of our Excluded Jurisdictions cannot open an account or add funds, and some game providers restrict their games in further countries.

Your account

Open your account under your real name, with true details. Each person, household, phone number, email address and IP address may hold just one account. We may ask for proof of identity, address and payment method ownership at any time.

Bonuses

Every bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. Casino bonus wagering is completed within 10 days and sports bonus wagering within 30 days. Different games count differently towards wagering, and some games cannot be played while a bonus is active. One bonus offer is allowed per person and household.

Deposits and withdrawals

The card or payment method you use must belong to you. Where possible, withdrawals go back to the method used to fund the account. Every deposit is wagered at least once before a withdrawal. You can have up to 3 pending withdrawals at a time, and our financial team works through requests within 3 business days once all checks are complete. Withdrawal limits depend on your VIP level.

Fair play

Duplicate accounts, collusion, fraud and promotion abuse are a breach of our terms. In such cases we may close accounts, cancel promotions and void related winnings.

Customer funds

We keep customer funds separate from our own funds in dedicated client bank accounts.
